The apartment was as as expected after seeing the pictures, spacious and clean. There were fresh towels, toilet paper, soap and shower gel in the bathroom; There is also a bidet. The queen size bed was solid and the bed sheets were also clean. The windows had roller blinds so you could darken the bedroom. The staff was nice and helpful - they might not all speak Romanian very well but English could help :) Also, there is a good trattoria next to the hotel - for those who enjoy italian food.

Room size is great, building entrance is beautiful, elevator available, friendliness. Georgiana was a great host. Breakfast is fine for the price, not many options but enough. Water fountain available the whole day.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Very close to the city center. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. We traveled with motorcycle and there was enough space to put our riding gear and luggage. We had a safe place to park our motorcycles. There is a very nice Italian restaurant next to the hotel.

The location of the hotel is very good, having some nice attractions not too far and close to the public transportation. It has a nice underground garage. We stayed in an apartment, which was very large, like a house, on two levels, with the bedrooms upstairs and a large room downstairs. The beds were large and comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The kindness, helpfulness and thoughtfulness of the staff were faultless, as was the cleanliness of the facility. The room was large and clean, the bed very comfortable, and the price very competitive in relation to the quality. It is definitely, because of the location, one of the best hotels to stay in Bucharest. The breakfast, which is international, is perfectly in line with what is on offer even in higher category hotels. We arrived at three in the morning, and although the arrival time was well after the check-in time, the courtesy of the staff was impeccable.

Location was good, close to old town (by tram or 20 min to walk) and local market. Door is open 24/7. Staff is very kind and friendly. Possibility to park in the parking lot if you rent a car for example.

The rooms are clean and warm. Clean and change towels every day. Large enough as an area for these people. Underground parking is offered until the capacity is full. On the first floor there is an Italian restaurant, whose menu is only in Romanian and Italian.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating our flight was delayed and they still waited for us to arrive even though it was very late at night and the apartment was very clean and spacious
